The Story of Thirve Path Consulting

My name is Nick Moriana, and I am the founder of Thrive Path Consulting. Thrive Path Consulting is the culmination of 21 years (and counting) in the mental health field.

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to work with youth and families in residential treatment, school, and outpatient settings.

​

I began my career working at a residential treatment facility for youth and teens. I immediately fell in love with the work and the purpose. Soon, I saw that I was part of something bigger than just me, which is a value I hold to this day. 

​

Each step in my career, from graduate school, to leadership positions in multiple settings, and obtaining my Social Work license, my passion for this work has only grown. 

 

I understand the unique challenges that organizations face in providing the best care for the people they serve. This understanding has allowed me to tackle these challenges in strengths based, creative, and innovative ways. 

​

Whether it is providing custom staff development training, assisting Children's Residential treatment programs in getting licensed in California, or restraint reduction initiatives, I aim to solve challenges so that they remain solved.
